You can see "Text to Columns" Function in Excel. If it does not work, then upload excel file so that I can find a way out.

Other then formula approch.
Hopy yallow cells are in C Column and except yallow cells no other text are theire in other cells.
Select C colum at top.
Press Ctrl-X.
Goto A1
Right Click & select Insert Cut Cells from the options.
