Exams in November - Doubtful sms?

without his permission they cant send mess like that, president has directed to send mess.. so its on nov only..

they going to do announcement, still that wait ...

I actually called up Examination Department on phone number 0120-3989398. I got the number from our exam helpline.

The reply I got was that any official announcement would have been through ICAI website.

then y they have to send sms saying like this....can u tell me.....

I don't know whether the message is fake or true.

All I am saying is that the person who replied my call from ICAI was not ready to confirm or even consider that the President of ICAI sent any such SMS.

Maybe the SMS is true or Maybe not. I don't know. I don't have any proof either to say that the SMS is real or fake. I am just trying to confirm which is not happening.

Also the fact remains

1. All exam related communication are always from Mr. G. Somasekhar.

2. The President always writes his full name in communication i.e. CA Uttam Prakash Agarwal and not just CA Uttam Prakash as is written in SMS.

3. There is still no announcement on ICAI website.

These queries needs to be solved.

How has the ICAI found out who is eligile to appear in November or who is going to appear in Nov and sent sms to prospective examinee.

Even though exam may take place in november, the sms seems not authentic as rightly mentioned by chirag for it should be sent by controller of examinations or council of ICAI
