As the exams are approaching, our heart starts breathing very fast, the outcome of which many questions stand in queue to come and hit us like anything, but actually this questions are not the questions which disturbs us, it is ourselves, WE are only responsible for our fear, let me clarify this thing – if we thing that exams are coming, we create fear by ourselves, many questions comes in our mind, what will happen, if we cannot complete our studies on time, Exams not yet approached, we starts our thinking process like anything.
Let me tell you one thing, there is no such thing, which is so called FEAR – Believe it or not, it is being experience many a times, the students who learned a lot cannot get as much good marks in comparison to those who have just studied for few days. Why doest it happens ???? did anybody noticed it.
Because they learn for few days and they never take stress. Stress is something which makes us restless, keep in mind certain points :
1) Never take stress especially during examinations timing
2) Eat healthy food and have your food at the prescribed time only, don’t let your studies disturb your appetite, never do this.
3) If you eat properly your mind will be in the position to handle anything, anything means anything, whatever difficult the concept may,
4) BUT, IF, HOWEVER, if you will not eat properly and on time, you will have to face the consequence of the circumstance created by you only, for that purpose never blame your studies.
Now what to do, so that your studies should go on smoothly :
1) Plan your studies.
2) Perfect planning leads you to overcome even the toughest hurdle.
3) Planning of your studies is something, which makes you to handle situations more efficiently and more effectively
4) Take regular intervals and take regular mind freshners – which includes anything that makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel relax for sometime and then again go back to your studies, just don’t stretch your entertainment too much.
5) Sometimes take tea or coffee, if it is suitable to you, some of you might be not habitual to tea or coffee, take whatever so that you feel fresh.
6) Take time to talk to your friends, it also makes you feel free and makes you relax, but don’t hang up on the cell for longer time, make sure when you are relaxed go back to your studies.
7) Sometimes go for walk outside, that also makes you feel ease when you sit continuously to study for hours.
These are the basic points which students should keep in mind, so that they should not caught under the net of stress and fever of exams and also proper planning is much necessary so that your target can be achieved on time.
Some other point relating to your exams and yourself :
1) Keep yourselves motivating
2) For these there are different ways, which one can get motivation, either you can talk to your parents, either you can talk to your close friends, either you can talk to your loved ones.
3) Talk to those persons who lifts up your spirit and make you feel, boss, yes you are capable to reach to any heights and you can do this.
4) Always keep cheerful smile on your face, never dishearten yourself from any unforeseen circumstances.
5) Exams timings are the time alongwith it, which brings lots of unforeseen circumstances and lots of troubles which sometimes makes us feel, our time is just passing by and we cannot do anything just to grab little time – THAT’S WHY – PLAN YOUR STUDIES, so that if your schedule is disturbed for some time, you can accordingly plan your study and adjust your timings, therefore PLANNING is very much essential.
6) During your exam timngs don’t talk with the people who demotivates your skills and your ability, if it is your relatives also, just avoid contacts with them, especially during your exam timings.
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF AND DO IT YOURSELF –
1) Believe in yourself, you are the only one who can help yourself and nobody else in this whole universe.
2) Believer in yourself, you are the only one who can mould yourself and you are the only one who can make you feel you are nothing
3) Believe in yourself, you are the one who can make things happen the way you want
4) Believe in yourself, you are the one whose destiny is there in nobody’s hand but its there in your hand only
5) Believe in yourself, you are the one who can achieve whats there in your mind.
6) Believe in yourself, that the one who can conquer whole world is you only and nobody else
7) Believe in yourself, that is more than sufficient to motivate you.
YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS LOVED BY SOMEONE –
1) You are the one, who is somebody’s faith
2) You are the one, who is somebody’s inspiration.
3) You are the one, who can make some one feel proud
4) You are the one, who can make things go in a positive manner how you want
5) You are the one, who is none other than but the only one of your kind in this whole world
