DT is very vast, I suggest start your coaching in this coming April - 16, Dont worry about the amendments you could deal with amendment from the supplementary applicable for your attempt, but do make a daily habit of revising what is being taught. Also study daily even if it is for just 30 mins but do study daily.
"Tiny drop of water doesnot have any relevance against a Big Rock, but if tiny drops are consistently being dropped at same spot on a Rock those tiny drops will make its mark on the Big Rock".

If you are willing to invest your money and time to gain practical knowledge then it is ideal to get started now itself.
My answer was purely for students who want to attend classes with intention to pass the examination at the earliest and also those who cannot afford second or third time coaching, as these days the cost of coaching is simply exorbitant.
