i also came across such news. further i heard that from now onwards the schedule for exam wil be june and december
but the notification still not appeared on institute's site so no confirmations still.

YES , THIS MAY BE A POSSIBILITY SINCE GENERAL ELECTIONS ARE DUE IN MAY OR JUNE AND IF THE DATES CLASHES THEN THERE MAY BE A CHANGE IN THE DATES OF EXAMINATION .
LET FIRST THE ELECTION COMMISSION TO ANNOUNCE THE DATES OF ELECTION ??
