Wait till bos of icai announces formally on its website.
In ma opinion since its passed in the month of dec2011 all ammendments prior to 6 months of exams are only applicable.
Its better to wait for icai to announce it.

can u suggest me the books of law that can be studied for CA final ....????
m looking for the books contain simple language and brief summaries of the sections of companies law & other allied laws???

I referred module and found easy as in pe-2 also used the sam nad along wit i used practise manual and solved past papers.
You can refer Practise manula or compilation along with Munish Bhandari....

Just glance through AMIT KARIA's CORPORATE & ALLIED LAWS by Bharat Publications - CA FINAL
Very precise n nice presentation of sections.
DIRECTORS :
The huge directors chapters has been divided into three distinct chapters, which is not in any other book. One chapter is Basics, second managerial remuneration n third powers of board. It becomes very easy to understand and remember the concepts rather than one full chapter containing mix of all provisions together.
FEMA:
Even in FEMA, the meaning of some important concepts like TDR, Call back & others has been specially givn. A list of important section numbers is also given. Examples are also very nice.
SECRETARIAL PRACTICE:
The writing of minutes and notices has been explained step by step, helping the reader to easily grasp the same.
OTHERS:
