whenever you post this kind of information which impacts people at large you should mention the source of infromation. I believe in the announcement made by ICAI and given in their website untill it is confrimed by ICAI it is rumour for me.

what else source of information is required for u

how can u tell this has rumour

has it is public site dont divert others by making such mistakes in future.
