please help
guys I think I'm not handling pressure of exams in examination hall because when I solved all the papers now of may 2019 I easily solved 90-95% questions but in exam muje pata hi nahi hai Maine Kya likha hai
therefore what I can do for that I'm giving in Nov 2019 group 1
please say some suggestions for handling pressure exam time
I had the same issue when I was sitting on exam but still I am free there. One important point to be noted that in the examination hall you should focus only on your side instead of being influenced by others, as the case me be.
Practice at home with the view of examination time and check how you attempt the all questions and then see the difference upon.
Last but not least, when you are sitting on the examination hall instead of being worry take a long breath and close your eyes for a while ( this was my experience and 100% worked) and after that go on.
