Exam revaluation application

I sent revaluation application by post for Final Nov 2011 exams. I didnt signed my application, all other requirements are ok. How serious is this? Should I contact them? One of my friend who applied for May 2011 exams earlier also didnt signed, his application was processed but his marks remained unchanged. I know that only 1% are cleared but my fear is that maybe they didnt even revalued his papers. I am only 5marks less then being CA, what should I do?
