U can get ur copies of evaluated  marksheets from the ICAI by paying a Re. 10/-. demand draft and filling a RTI form available with the branch offices.

But, there is no time limit of getting the same.

u go through this process only if u r very well confident that what marks u got in ur answerbook r less sufficient than u write in tha answerbook other wise leave this option and prepare 4 d next attempt.......... that ll be better in all the way....

sabhi theke keh rahe hai agar koi counting mein difference hua definitely vo theek ho jayga otherwise valuation se cher char nai hogi

yaaaa you can do that but a very long process or if you want a copy of your exams papers go for RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT AND SEND APPLICATION FORM TO INSTITUTE........OR ELSE PREPARE FOR NEXT ATTEMPT

Time limit under RTI is 30 Days from the date the concerned office from where you have applied for your documents / information  receives the application & therefore the same time is applicable here, If the Concerned Information Officer fails to give you the information / documents he is liable for a penalty fine which is deducted from his salary. So now you understand there is time limit of 30 days from the date ICAI receives the application.
