Is it required to submit Ca Final Nov-2018 form to institute as Hard copy????plz urgent
No need to submit phycical copy

Only if the signature & photo is not appearing in the form.

Okay....thanks a lot for much faster replay.
But in "hard copy form" there is space for Principal/member attestation.What does it mean???

The format of the exam form is standard. It does not change with different eligibilities. So, if your photo and signature is appearing in the form, its perfectly fine. Save it and concentrate on your preparations. Good Luck!
