NOW FORM REQUIRES THAT LETTER TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE EXAM FORM
M NOT BEING ABLE TO DO SO

Honestly speaking, ICAI helplines are really not helpful. Instead try emailing the E-Sahayatyaa service, maybe that could help.
Also your employer gets a copy of the Articleship Completion Letter, so maybe you should ask them for it too. Finally i think if nothing works out, you can find the articleship completion list of students on the ICAI site..not sure if they will accept a print out of it..but atleast that will be some proof if nothing else
