The photo and sign are uploaded from previous record in exam form. Do we need to compulsory remove colour print out or black n white would do?

No such compulsion of taking colour printout. It's up to you. Your image will be visible in B&W printout too...

No such requirement. Just send it already. Between I saw that barcode was not drawn on the form as it was last time.
Just the control No. i.e.Barcode Number is there.
Have anyone noticed it!!

What if in black and white printout photo does not comes?
no need for separate photo to send?
