Can I submit November attempt exam form for ca final as due date lapse due to reason I can't submit form plz plz some 1 help me now what to do

I M NOT SURE BUT CONTACT EXAM FORM ACCEPTANCE DEPTT PERSONALY....MAY B THEY ACCEPT AFTER LISTENING UR REASON OR 1ST CONTACT EXAM DEPT ON PHONE
