Is there any logic behind seat and roll number arrangement connected with filing of exam form and posting ,like if we fill online at same time and post same time will we get nearby oll number.

It used to be the case few years ago when online form filing was introduced, but now ICAI after becoming aware of such loophole have fixed this issue.
Now even if you fill form at the same time you wnt get seats in the same exam centre
