27 January 2010My Principal is out of country and is not expected to come back before end of April can you suggest me how do i proceed with getting the signature on the exam form CAN I OBTAIN THE SIGNATURE FROM ANYOTHER PARTNER OF THE FIRM....????

ya u can get the signature from any partner ... Inst. will accept it ...

GET THE DIGITAL SIGNATURE OF YOUR PRINCIPAL BY SENDING YOUR FORM BY MAIL TO HIM....THIS IS VALID FOR EXAM FORMS. ALSO ATTACH A FORMAL LETTER WITH YOUR EXAM FORM WHILE SENDING IT TO ICAI THAT THE FORM IS DIGITALLY SIGNED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES.
