U can download the form and get it attested and while submitting it at icai bhawan u have to write a letter regarding ur mistake and submit along with the form. I have seen one student doing it . So once confirm it

Whether I have to get my xam form from my principal only or any other ca.. final xam frm. My articleship is going on.
