20 August 2011please tell me one thing ,, there is a column for signature of any CA in the examination form. Please tell me if there is not available any ca for this then what will do student .?

I think any Gazetted Officer can do this.... not only CA.

only member of the icai i.e. chartered accountant can sign its written in that form.
