Never use abbreviation terms since it will leads to multiple meaning. This is not at all a good habit. Write the things in a comprehensive manner that is a better strategy.

It doesn't matter much when you use small words sometimes provided you write correct and impressive.

It would always be wise to avoid such short forms in the CA exams...the examiners are trying to pick up mistake from your answers..and if you use short forms, you are helping them to make reasons to point out the mistakes..

wat is the break up of marks like 4 presentation, working and all.

also tel whether or not journal entries r necessary at pcc level

(Guest)

@ Nirav - No its not Ok if passing the entry without drawing (drawing means atleast you should give the table format but you need not to draw the table at perfect , If you give the better presentation , it wil be benefit for you only.

And it is must to give the proper heading and all.

Yes, Journal entries are necessary at even PCC or final level, without journal entries you cannot move further, ofcourse in exam pattern you need not to give the all the journal entries for every problem unless and until they ask for.

Hope you understand.

All the best.

If you calculate total time saved by writing shortcut for few words, you would hardly save total 2 to 3 mins. Instead you should practice before exams to improve your writing speed. Writing shortcuts for few words could be understandable to examiner, but the way today we use so many shortcuts becoz of sms culture, that may not be understandable to examiner and his irritation could result in reduction of marks for you.

For instance : and ( shortcut: n) , great( gr8), should(shud) . this is modern day shortcuts which should be avoided in exams.
