we have a tax paper (ca final) on 20th novermer and there is also election in bihar on the same date. whether the date of exam will change?

no exam dates will not change in respect of any state or central issues.it is clearly mentioned in icai site

some1 said the exams will start from 17th Nov is it true ... i realy hope NOT
