Dear frieds, i have passed ipcc in may.2011, till the date i have not received certificate, i have received mark sheet i also send an application alongwith mark sheet to joint secretary of exam. till the date no reply received from them. earlier i have passed one group in pe-ii and remaining paper in ipcc. now how can i approach to receive the certificate.
