A LLb exam is usually a mixture of both case studies and theory questions. It basically depends on the LAW you are attempting for. For example If it is law of evidence then obviously more of practicle or if it is juris then straight away theory questions. In any case even in Practical questions you are expected to write the theory part as well.

in CA exams,,, as per announcements by ICAI earlier i came to know thwt only case studies would be there in all exams whether of law, tax, or any subject else.....as per this i wanna know this announcement is still applicable or not???
what v have too prepare maximum case studies or theory full fledge questions???
