I agree with Radha krishan that Every chapeter is important as far as CA exam is conccerned. However, still you can classify the chapters in to more relevant and relevant. You can get a good idea about this from Scanners or padhuka book. See professional ethics is so important than Bank audit chapter in audit. bank audit is vaster than ethics. One question may come from that. But wasting good time with bank audit and insurance audit and losing time for relevant area is not advisable. You first be thorough with Ethics part scan all the past question from that chapters well, then goes to company audit one and two and Report, then go to special audit.
If you prepared well with this strategy you can save good time. I never suggest you to leave bank audit in total, For that you just require to refer suggested and past question. Think smart dear and act smart

audit is important...
FR-AS 30,31,32 are new so surely hv a look at it...IAS-27,32
SFM-portfolio theory newly introduced

new things introduced hv a chance of coming in xams...
