i have to give may attempt and i am doing IT training in feb.& last date to fill exam form is 28 feb and i will get my ITT certificate after 12 march .So,can i fill exam form without ITT certificate??

Yes.. you can surely fill the form & write ur exam..
Later when you get the ITT completion certificate, you post the photo copy of the same to the ICAI Chennai branch..
It can also be submitted after exam but latest by 31st May 2011 but don't wait till then, submit the same when you get it..

N 1 more thing in the examonation form mark it as yet to be completed (i.e., the ITT course is yet to be submitted)..
I can tell u as I have done the same in last May'10 attempt..
yes,u can fill it but i dont know procedure.
