Ex.duty and service tax as gst rules

We are Mfg. Unit. Paying Ex.Duty and Paying Separately Service Tax on Lorry Freight for Carrying of Inputs Materials. After Implementation of GST , Ex.Duty and Service converted to GST as usual . My question is how to pay GST on Lorry Freight instead of Service Tax? Is Gst on freight will be Omitted ?? or Is Gst on freight will be paid separately as per Present ? Please reply briefly .. thanks
