Do i need to generate an EWB if i am an unregistered person makin supply to anohter unregistered person?
for e.g. i am in Delhi and i am supplying a TV to my aunt in Noida for Rs. 1 lakh.

Yes, U will be generated when there is a movement of goods of value more than Rs. 50,000/ –If you or your person is unregistered taxpayer and not having GSTIN, then you has to enter ‘URP’ [Unregistered Person] in corresponding GSTIN column.
in case of Urd not compulsory for eway bill but if the value of goods more than 50000 the transporter have to generate eway bill
