sir is ewaybill mandatory above 50 thousand in intra state if anyone not generated ewaybill what happens

As such there is No check by GSTN , but many Taxpayer got notice to reconcile the E-way bill generated &
bill raised.

Yes, it is compulsory to generate eway bill in case of Intra-state transfer also, however every State have different limit to generate it, in Delhi it is required to be generated if supply is above ₹1lacs

Further, if you are required to generate eway bill and not generate it then you can face Compliance issues as well as Penalty upto 100% of Tax involved & even ceasing of goods also
