we are dealing business for renting of scaffolding material on day basis.is it necessary to create ewaybill for supply of material which are to be received back after sometime.

If Value of goodfs is more than specified limit in your state and you sending goods from Motor Vehicle like truck then Yes
Yes , Generate eway bill on delivery challan if value exceeds 50k & the goods being move by motorised conveyance
