can anyone explain the ewaybill procedure & provision in the following case.
an automobile dealer sales vehicles to sub-dealer, who ultimately sales the vehicle to consumer.
who is liable to prepare ewaybill & when.
If Invoice Value* exceeds Rs. 50,000 Or
If a vehicle carries goods against multiple Invoices, then where the aggregate Invoice value* exceed Rs. 50,000 then you should generate e-Way Bill.
The mode of transport is non-motor vehicle. Then E-way bill is not necessary.
