is it necessary to create ewaybill if shipping is within 10 km in the same state for more than 50000rs

If Invoice Value* exceeds Rs. 50,000*  OR

If a vehicle carries goods against multiple Invoices, then where the aggregate Invoice value* exceed Rs. 50,000 * and move by Motorised conveyance.
So, if either of above points is satisfied, the user should generate e-Way Bill.

Yes if consignment exceed 5Ok, & goods being moved via motorized conveyance it mandatory to generate eway
