Actually I' m confusion about e-way bill ,. When Seller and Purchaser are in same premises like 1st Floor nd 2nd Floor , e-way bill is required or not....if not please help to guide which section will covered
If there is no transport by motorised vehicle then there is no such requirement of eway bill in my opinion.
