Eway bill - what if B is the billing address & C is the delivery

If Im the Party A, my biller is B & C is the party to be delivered.

If A is making a bill in the Name of B & the delivery Address is at C... And from the ewaybill site i want to deliver the bill in the address of C, but in the TO section when i enter the gst num of B and enter the address of C it doesnt give a effect. kindly help for the issue.
