is eway bill mandatory for goods sold outside state but value of good is less than 50000

No,interstate sale value more than 50K than eway bill required

Eway bill not mandatory, when value is less than rs. 50000 for interstate /outside state movement of goods and rs. 100000 for intrastate / within state.
