for an example:
we received goods (white garment) for job work(print) which is worth around 100000 and we do job work of 20000
as per eway bill rule goods worth is more than 50000 and we sent it back after jobwork done
in this case which amounts should we have to enter in eway bill what to select etc
how to proper preapre and generate proper eway in this case
You can can include both the Job work Amount to Goods (100000/- + 20000) & Generate E-way on challan for the same .
Or can can generate E-way on value of Goods (100000/-) by delivery challan .
Both the options are valid .
Note : If the job work & principal are in different state then e-way bill is mandatory even if the value of Goods is below 50k (Notification 12/2017 CT)
