Eway bill needed for Casual Taxable Person involved in Exhibition sales

Whether Eway bill is needed for Casual Taxable Person involved in Exhibition sales in other state in which he has no Permanent place of business.If Eway bill is needed, it can be raised in Casual GST registration or raised in local GST (The state in which Principal place of business is available)?
