Eway bill material sent for display in exhibition

We are holding GST Registration in Maharashtra state, we have to send goods for display at exhibition held in Gujarat.

Which GST number should we mention for consignee, which is me only.

Can I use URD ?

Organizing exhibitions falls under HSN 998596 and it attracts GST @ 18% (9+9). In terms of Section 13(5) of IGST Act, the place of supply is where the event is held. Since the exhibition is held outside India, so it is export of service subject to fulfillment of other conditions.
y may sent goods to the holding registration as casual or non residential registration under same PAN in other state for 90 days only.
