(1) The limit for Eway Bill for Job work for Interstate and Intrastate (Punjab).
(2) Define Distance Limit.
(3) If goods are moving on Rickshaw, is it mandatory for generate eway bill, value more than fifty thousands.

Query 1 (As per Notification 12/2018)
In case interstate : Irrespective of consignment value if move via Motorized conveyance E-way is Mandatory
In case Intra-state: When value of consignment exceeds 50k , E-way is mandatory
Query 2
There is no Distance relaxation in E-way bill ,. Yes in case goods being move to Transporter place for further delivery , the distance should be less then 50km (Should be Intrastate)
Query 3
If goods moving by Non Motorized (rickshaw) , No e-way is required , even though consignment value exceeds 50k
You can send anywhere in India without generation of e-way bill by Non Motorized conveyance
