Eway Bill imported goods

I have imported some goods from China which is worth below 50000/- and has landed in Kolkata port.The material will go to Patna.How do I generate waybill whose name will be in senders and receiver I have paid customs and IGST.On the portal there is no option to input foreign party billing details.Kindly help
