If a person transports earth mover through a motorized conveyance from orrisa to West Bengal which was purchased 2 years back , whould he required to generate eway bill?

In my opinion yes . Shown under outward supply. In type of outward supply-other

Yes Eway bill is mandatory if the Earth mkver can of consignment exceeds 50k & being move via motorised conveyance .

Note : Value for Earth mover can be its book value
