Hi, We are a Home Automation company and we sell home automation products directly to end user (consumers who do not have GST no.) and mostly the billing amount is more than 1 lakh, Sometimes, customer buy products from our showroom and carry it or most of the time we deliver it and install it in customer's house.
Question 1: Do we need to generate eway bill in this case?
Question 2: If we ask OEM or Distributor to directly ship the material at our end customer (consumer - who deosn't have GST no. ), we ask them to do billing in our name but ship it directly to customer and send our invoice copy (not the OEM's/Ditributor's invoice) with shipment . Do we need to Generate the eWay bill for that?
