I one gst registered person in Maharashtra selling goods to another gst registred person registered in gujrat and the value of goods is say 1000 to 49000 then is it mandatory to prepare eway bill?
quation is whether eway bill mandatory for inter state supply of goods irrespective of distance and amount?

In case the supply is interstate and the value of the goods is more than 50,000 then GST E Way Bill is mandatory to generate
