Hello friends i have a query in Gst
One of my client is registered in Rajasthan in GST.
He has purchased goods from Bihar from unregistered person.
He want to sale this goods to Assam to unregistered person.
Can he dispatched his goods to Assam.
And make e-way bill by selecting an option Bill from Dispatched from in e-way bill
You can go with the option Case 2 - Where e-Way Bill is generated by ‘A’ when there are 3 parties involved.
Bill From: In this field details of ‘A’ are supposed to be filled.
Dispatch From: This is the place from where goods are actually dispatched. It may be the principal or additional place of business of ‘B’.
Bill To: In this field details of ‘C’ are supposed to be filled.
Ship to: In this field address of ‘C’ is supposed to be filled.
Invoice Details: Details of Invoice-2 are supposed to be filled.
