A firm have 3 branches in same state, braches have only single GSTIN.in this case Whether we have to Generate Eway bill for Stock Transfer between these branches.

Yes , if the consignment value exceeds 5Ok & the goods being Transferred via motorized conveyance E-way has to generate on Delivery Challan
