Transporter has to generate consolidated e-way bill based on the tax invoice/delivery challan given by the respective supplier. 

That case, he will not be a registered transporter in E-way bill system. Hence, may be not required to issue E-way bill. 

As per my openion you need to generated part - A of e way bill...

E-way bill is required in this case, since the consignment value exceeds 50000/-. In part-B you will have to give the vehicle number and then it will be valid for movement.

Note:- If it is intra-state please see the respective SGST rules for threshold of consignment value and act accordingly.
