NOT NECESSARY TO GENERATE E-WAYBILL IF GOODS TRANFERRED BY NON-MOTORISED VEHICLE.

If the movement of the goods through non-motorized vehicles then no need to generated eWay bill irrespective of the value of the goods.
So, even your value of goods more than Rs.50,000 no eWay bill is required if sending by non-motorized vehicle like Rehda, Rikshaw, Bullkart etc.
For example: Mr x wants to send one refrigerator to its customer with in city. The value of the refrigerator is Rs.65000/-
1st Case: Sending refrigerator through REHDA – No eway bill is required
2nd Case: Sending refrigerator through Chota Hathi/Tempo – Eway bill is required
