Yes , e-way mandatory if consignment exceeds 50k, & movement of goods is by motorized conveyance

my invoice is 67000 Delhi to Delhi , material dispatch th. rickshaw required eway bill .

but sir eway bill vehicle no is mandatory sawari rickshaw & Thali is no number.

if the goods being Delivered by Rickshaw , no need to generate E-way bill, even though the Consignment value Exceeds 50k
Note : One can deliver his goods By Non motorized conveyance (Rickshaw, Horse Cart) anywhere in INDIA Without Generation Of E-way Bill , Even though the value of consignment exceeds 50k
