A agriculturist unregistered person selling his products(without GST bill) to reg person his own without going to broker can he liable for eway bill?

Check the goods availability of exempt in E-Way bill. If it's available then no need E-Way Bill...

If not available then E-Way bill is mandatory...


Also wait on further availability of E-way bill.
