I'm rice wholedealer buy other state and sale surrounding areas stores .But my doubt is e-way bill is necessary for with in 20kilometers surrounding areas ?loading amount is more than 50,000RS
If u'r dealing in unbranded rice then ewaybill is not necessary as they are exempted. if u'r willing to bring rice under brand name then it is necessary generate sway bill.
