A dealer from karnatak purchasing from a dealer from Tamil Nadu
Now TN dealer should issue selling eway bill or Karnataka dealer to issue incoming eway bill or both have to issue?

Any one can prepare E-Way bill... But, Priority is
i) Seller
ii) Buyer
iii) Transporter*
