“Agar Apne Sahi Shiksha Grahan Ki Hai Toh Uska Asar Apme Dikhna Chahiye”
Ethics is one of the subjects of study in all professional exams now-a-days; be it CA or MBA or any other course.
We almost all have studied or will study about ethics. But how many of us follow it? If we can’t, then what’s the use of subject? Why we are studying it? Or we are studying just only bcoz it’s a part of our curriculum. Or we are studying just only to grab the degree whatsoever n earn lot of money.
First let me tell u the true meaning of education
E : Enlightment
D : for duty & devotion
U : for understanding
C : Character
A : Action
T : Thanking
I : Integrity
O : Oneness
N : Nobility
It is so true that education without character, Politics without principles n commerce without morality will not last long.
Now let me tell u all the ground realty of steel industry I am working in.
It’s been a three years since I joined steel industry with lots of enthusiasm n curiosity for learning. Ironically, in these three years I have learned many valuable things to become successful, for instance, new vulgar words, how to cheat others, how to do oiling of your superior, how to do leg-pulling, how to befool others n many more.
If you do any unintentional mistake you’ll be scolded by your superior which is comprised of lot of vulgar n abusive words. I can’t use those vulgar words to quote as an example. Is it necessary for using vulgar words for scolding? Very often it comes to my mind, does these individuals use these valuable abusive words in their home also? If not, why at work place? N if yes, it might be their “Sanskar” they got from their parents. It seems to me that superior is GOD who never commits mistake.
Even the person sitting at the topmost positon of company does not follow it. As is well known maxim “Jaisa raja waisi praza”.So how can we expect from the persons at middle and lower lever of management. I want to ask does these type of individual shall be allowed to hold that topmost chair who themselves are contaminating the working environment of an organization.
Whatever we learn through Education have to be practiced and used for the welfare of the Society. It is so true that the Wealth of one's Education makes his/her Heart Softer and his/her Character more Cute.
Let us all use the brightness of Knowledge to make our Heart a Lotus, unfolding its petals when the Sun rises in the sky, unaffected by the slush where it is born or even the water which sustains it.
